There was a time when I would not publicly declare any one personage as my candidate for a political office.  I have no political party.  Both the Democrats, the Republicans, (and even the many Independents) have their upsides and downsides, their contrasting views and wavering polices.  I will say that I have for eight plus years publicly opposed President George W. Bush and the Nixon-like cronies affiliated with his regime. 

Back to the point, I believe that the current law makers, on the local level and on up to the federal level, are all a little too well off (any Congressmen reelected once receive some of the best medical coverage/benefits available for the rest of their lives) and the majority of them care very little for the common man/woman in America,the golden middle class.  They at times do some things to help us out, but for the most part the big laws/decisions revolve around the big people, the Congress themselves, the rich, the super-rich, the big business semi-monopolistic sector and its executives who will gladly bankrupt huge companies (after swallowing up many smaller ones - this bankrupts them too) and jump off the fiftieth floor's angled glass windows to be caught in golden umbrellas of the softest yet faint hue of money green. 

The lawmakers in this country are amongst the worst examples of good family living in the world (yet we criticize everyone in the world that is different from the "American way", the hypocrites).  The majority of politicians, the people that make laws that affect how our families live their lives, are either corrupt in their own families (Gov. Spitzer anyone, or how about Sen. Craig), or they are corrupt in the job itself (has anyone looked closely at Gov. Palin's shady job appointments and firings and laws passed, because if you have not there are myriad newspaper articles, including the New York Times, that still print some truths), or they are corrupt in their families and their political positions.

I am not offering any solution as of right now to these, the nation's problems other than this:  Vote Barack Obama for the next President of the United States.  The man is cut from a different cloth than the modern politician (which many of whom seem to be understudies of Nixon's era of lies).  More damage has been done to this country in the last eight years by "Bush and the Boys" than any terrorist, or lawmaker has done for at least fifty years, going back to the scary red Mccarthyism.  Obama is a man who wants to tear down the corrupt systems, clean up the pollutant/heroin that is unrenewable energy, and give back breaks to the middle class, instead of the rich who love Republicans, because they arrange for the most tax cuts for the most wealthy.  How about the rich yield the same percentage that I pay from my check.  They have a lot more money, I think the government would have a lot more funds to play with (or lose).

     Shoot, "I do not remember" is what he told an interviewer.  He is in touch with the common man, you know.  He suggests we get our Healthcare treatment from Walmart (after all that is where the common man always hangs out anyway).

Obama wants to bring integrity and common sense back to the White House.  He wants to cut the bullsh%t out of politics there (at least as much as he can).  We coud sure use the billions spent in Iraq here at home with this distraught economy/Wallstreet.  Obama will, without fail, get us out of the war we had no business being in to begin with.

Last week I saved my friends' house from being destroyed.  Ahhhh...   happy times.
